A front part of an aircraft fuselage according to this invention comprises: frames (16) disposed transversely in relation to a longitudinal axis of the aircraft, an outer skin (14) fastened onto the frames (16), a landing-gear (2) stowage compartment comprising among other things longitudinal side walls (10) borne by frames (16), a panel (26) between each longitudinal side wall (10) and the outer skin (14) achieving sealing between the interior and the exterior of the aircraft.
